Premier Jones won another election on April 26th

May 1^st  Heber brought me out to Cavendish after seven months of wondering. Went with Reuel and Enid on Oct 6^th 1950 as far as Montreal and by bus to Ottawa. The trip through the States, dinner with Elaine & Myron in Moncton on the 6th and arriving in Ottawa on Thanksgiving day. Lorraines baby not very big and plenty fussy at night for some time. Stayed with them until Dec 30th. They moved into their new home in City View on November 14^th. On Dec 30th, I went to Toronto and four of the Webb family had dinner at Marions and I went back to Toronto for a week with Anita at Willard Hall then spent the next three months between the three places. Was three weeks of March at Keiths when baby Glen arrived. One week on the staff at Willard Hall Hester has been in bed all winter, seems

May 4  a little better the last two weeks. Gertrude has had to go on a diet, has been very miserable. Sadie has been in Hospital again, lost her baby. Very little snow on the Island this last winter and every appearance of an early spring. Fred has nursed Hester all winter. Went down to Jerrys for eggs and brought the radio home and some plants. Marjorie Clark Smith was home to-day. My gladiola bulbs are at the station Hunter River.
