22 12A. Fine and cold. Young peoples at Chesters Woolners. Yarn came from Souris. Butchered hogs 5 young one and sow.
23 Fine but cold. Ernest took pork to Campbellton to Herb McEwen 14 1/2c. Anita collecting for orphanage. Margaret Wright and Margaret Lowther here to tea.
24 Fine day. Irene here to tea. U. Church at night. Tom Doyle died in City Hospital.

25 Killed Keith’s chickens. Elmer, Ernest, and I started for Bedeque. Got as far as Grahams Road, got stuck in snow bank and turned back.
26 12A. Bitter cold in AM. Marion came to Hunter River and Dad went after her. Mr & Mrs Bishop, Ellice, Anna, & Mabel McVane here in evening. Youngsters skating on the pond. Mild at night.

28 freezing a little to-night. Ernest & I went to Wyands this evening.
29 Cold and froze hard this morning. A very rough road. Snowed hard all the afternoon and piled up in banks at night. Young People at Bobs tonight.
30 4A. Pretty snappy but bright and fine. Celebrated Bobs and Jennies 20th anniversary at night. Gave them a china tea set. Lots of fun, fine night and good road. Not enough snow to hurt but to help the road.
Dec 1st Fine bright day. Fairly cold. Edward Lowther here all day. Mrs Wyand and Ethel called.
2 Fine till evening. Washed. Thrashed. Marion working at cards and calendar. All home in the evening.
