Feb 23 Have not felt much like writing in my diary. The winter has been very fine, very little snow and good car roads all winter and lately good sleigh roads. Pauline hasn’t been feeling very well this last month. Glad I can help her some. Have had a few afternoons out and get to church every Sunday. So glad that Keith and Ethel have a little boy. Mary McLean Edwards had a little girl on Feb 15th. Herb Wyands had a boy Feb 3rd. Art Woolners had a little girl around the 9th of Feb I think.
March 17 We are still having wonderful sunny weather. Have had very little snow all winter and its about all gone now. Drove out to Mt. Stewart this afternoon pavement dry as summer. Ernest went up West on the 8th and came home the 15th tired out
April 7 Heber started for Montreal with Howard Douglas. It stormed for three days but they kept ahead of the storm. More snow on North Shore than at anytime this winter. April 5 Aunt Mary died in Rossland.
