11 Lovely fine day again Anita not feeling very good. Got long letter from Marion and one from Maud to-day. Allen and Mrs Wyand here to-night. Arthur Woolner up helping with paper for YPeoples.
12 Snowing all day and raining to-night. Mary Stevenson here to supper. The young folks went to Chester Woolners to YPS.
13 Snowing part of day. Colder at night. Freezing. Keith went to Town with Upton. Anna and Jerry and little Clemmie[?] here in evening. Girls to practice in Hall.
14 18A. Fine but cloudy. Not very cold. Went to church in afternoon. Cecil had the car down and I went up to church with him. Mrs Gordon Houston very very poorly. Feeling better.
15 Quite an old fashioned snow storm. Keith came out on train and started walking home. Dad met him at New Glasgow. Ernest churning most of the day. Didn’t get butter yet. No mail to-day. Finer to-night.
16 8A. Still blowing and pretty frosty. Anita washed and Ernest churned.

Ren Toombs died this evening in Falconwood
16 Keith killing chickens and I made a fruit cake. Ernest at Hall putting up stove. Anita and Lorraine over at Manse practicing.
17 Pretty cold morning. Keith finished chickens, 35 of them. Ernest with Clarence on telephone line this afternoon. Institute at Jerrys to-night.
18 Fair. Keith took his chickens to Town and brought Margaret and Annie home. Got some Christmas letters written. Had a letter from Marion. Ren Toombs funeral in PM.
19 Lovely day. Dad and Anita went to Creek in forenoon. Parcels from Mima. YPS at Wyand to-night. Giving Mr & Mrs Bishop a clock.
20 Milder and raining by noon. School concert practice in Hall. Not feeling very good. Jerry went to town to see Roger, who is very low in Falconwood. Rupie[?] & Stirling in late to-night, collecting for Bobbie.

21 Roger Simpson died last night of heart trouble. Just been a perfect day to-day. Margaret Annie and Edward over this afternoon. Preaching in United Church to-night. Roads almost bare again, cars and carriages going again.
