16 Fine but cold. Ernest went down to see Bob McKenzie. He has been quite sick but is feeling better. Willie Simpson and Jean here in afternoon and Mr & Mrs Ben Woolner and Ruth Matheson Woolner called in evening before Institute at Jerrys. Feeling better to-day than I have for 2 weeks.
17 Fine and not so cold. Girls finished the Miss Russel mats. Anna called in afternoon and May & Alex in evening. Margaret over for little while in evening.
18 4B. Lovely day. Keith hauling mud again and took Gertrude and Anita to New Glasgow where Wilbur Willis met them. Anita spending the weekend in Hampshire. YPS at EC LePages. Harriet very poorly to-night. Marion & PJ over at Jerrys this evening.
19 Fine, milder. Keith got three loads of mud. Oliver Bernard and Elva here to supper. Up all day.
20 Sunday. Fine but drifting and chilly in afternoon. B. Church in afternoon. Mr Quigley and Geo Nesbitt here to tea. Marion not well. I have been up all day. Harriet easier.
21 Fine, cloudless, and cold. K. at mud. Stayed in bed all day. Marion better. Mrs Blair Andrew called this evening and Milton Green here for awhile.
22 Pretty rough day. Keith at mud. Anita had to stay at H River all night. UC Missionary Concert postponed. Fever.
23 Keith went for Anita. Harriets three sisters came home last night. Ernest went to see Mac to-day. He’s pretty poorly to-day. Got Easter lily from Avonlea Institute.
