back to Reuels at 8 PM. No church.
3 Came home this morning. Reuels here for dinner and up at Mothers for supper. Labor day.
4 Rained nearly all night but cleared up by noon. Men working at pump. Marion went to Bedeque with Mr. Bishop. Over to Jerrys this evening. Miss Moore left today.
5 Lovely harvest day. Got grain all in but three loads. Annie here. Busy all day.
6 Lovely day. Finished harvest. Keith at Greens this afternoon. Myron and Elaine came up and took the girls back with them. Anita is going to Town with Enid and go to CBC. Tired to-night.
7 Another perfect day. Keith working with Mr Green at Manse Barn. Ernest at Jerrys this afternoon. Miss Gladys & Miss Holland here to tea.
8 Lovely day. Ernest at Jerrys. Keith at Austins. Both finished harvest. Kiddies and I picnicked all day. Bright northern lights to-night.

9 Blowing a gale to-night. Will be hard on the garden. All the Macneills of O’Leary were down to-day also Will Dyment & wife. Tired to-night. Had to play in church.
10 Fine but very cold. Went to Creek at night. K. at Milton Greens.
11 Cloudy and cool. Washed. Getting ready for school fair. XYZ
12 Lovely day. Sick all day. Mother down. School fair a big success. Sarah and Ethel Simpson down. Keith got digger.
13 Still sick. Dad doing the work. Marion got home from Montague with the Brintons. In bed all day, rained thunder & lightning at night.
14 Down on couch. Getting ready for potato pickers.
15 Digging spuds to-day. Everybody tired to-night. Good crop but a lot of small ones.
16 Cloudy and cool. Feeling better. Eva, Jelly and party of Caseley’s called. Preaching in United Church to-night. Fyfe boys here to-night.
17 Marion sick all night. Finished potatoes to-day. Pretty tired to-night.
