14 we have very nice people.
15 Orange Tea at Canoe Cove and Races at Northam. Rained hard in some places on Island. Marion talking to Ken & Mrs AJ Robinson. Feeling pretty rotten at night. The boarders went fishing in afternoon PJ with them. Got 10 cod etc.
16 Poured rain at times. Miserable day. Wind NE. Ken arrived about eleven. A good many cars here. Stayed in cottage all day. Sing song at night. Miss Moore & Mrs Webb called in eve.
17 Still dark and cold. Boarders went to Mt Carmel. Not feeling well at all.
18 Raining hard in AM but cleared up after dinner. Went to Creek in evening with Mr & Mrs Hill. Miss Russel & Miss Taylor came.
19 Lovely day. Mr & Mrs AJ Robinson, Ralph, Mr. McLuckie[?], Fiona, and Brent Clark here extra. Out all day. Girls busy all day.
20 Lovely fine day. Boarders at shore all day. Had a busy day, feeling a little better.
21 The Hill family left early this morning. Miss Henry Gallant washing. Big day. Camp fire at night clam bake. The Tryon bunch up. Midnight.
22 Desperate hot day. Rained in evening.

Mr. Logan & PJ fishing. The Walfords arrived.
Not feeling very good for a few days.
26 Went to church in Stanley with our boarders. Dr & Mrs Fleming, Red Lion, Penn. arrived the 24th. Two Ontario girls Misses Hewett came Saturday night stayed till Monday AM. The Logans left Sunday AM.
27 Lovely day. Bunch went fishing and I spent the afternoon with Mrs Bishop. We went to the shore. Girls very tired to-night.
28 Fine and nice cool breeze until evening. Very warm to-night. Beatrice here washing and sleeping. Marsh mallow roast at shore. Pauline went to town with Mr Walford.
29 Fine and very hot. Girls nearly melted. Outdoors all day. Bunch went for swim by moonlight.
30 Fine and cooler. Feeling fine in AM. Went to S Side to see Claude in afternoon. Very very sick.
31 Feeling better but pretty mean. Heath Crosby and wife, M McNeill from Iowa and his daughter from Washington and Mrs Abbott were here. Mother down at night and Anna over.
