1 Fine in morning. Snowed a little & rained in afternoon and poured rain at night. Got to bed early.
2 Foggy this morning and rained a little all day. Colder to-night. Did not thaw much. Mont here.
3 Colder. Fine. Ernest went to Jerry Jeromes with cabbage and to Townsends to get Laddies teeth filled. Rink to-night.
4 Lovely day. Ernest went to Hunter River for feed. Youngsters at Wyand’s to-night. Washed to-day.
5 Pouring rain all day. Dark as Egypt to-night.
6 Lovely day, froze but not very cold. Taking in ice. Great skating on the pond. Practice at Freds. Sent Eaton order.

7 Fine, finished ice. Started hooking. Group at Roy Toombs. [?] to-night.
8 Hooked all day. Anita at Bay View. Marion in Rustico. Keith at McCoubrey’s thrashing. Bleak wind not frosty.

9 Fine day. Mr. Jackson preached in Pres Church. In bed all day. Wyandottes here to-night. Freddie Pursey died
10 Fine day. Keith went to Roller Mill. Ernest to Carrie cow to Frank [?].
11 Freddie Pursey buried to-day. Cold northwind, not frosty but bleak. Feeling pretty mean. Arthur here for tea.
12 Quite a storm last night and drifting some this AM. Perfect night, not very cold. K. Anita & Marion went to Bob’s tonight. Letters from Bea. Aunt Sadie gaining. Guy Rollings have boy.
13 Lovely day. Got letter from Lottie Simpson. Washed. Roy Stevenson here this evening.
14 Very mild, thawing this evening. Group at Wesley’s, Cecil & Arthur went to town. Three horses got in the ice at N Glasgow.
