7 Lovely fine day. Mr. Kirk preached in morning. All went up to hear radio to-night. Slept in afternoon.
8 Thanksgiving day. Foggy all day but mild. Lettie McNeill taken to the hospital in ambulance. Dad & I were down to Alberts this evening. Arthur Woolner here.
9 Foggy in AM but did not rain, cleared up fine. Very mild. Ernest went to H. River with pork 14 ½ cents / lbs. Lettie operated on this afternoon. Terrible case.
10 Very mild. Rained all afternoon. Lettie doing as well as can be expected. Albert came home. Hattie Wyand & Eddie Rollings married to-night.
11 Blowing a gale and cold. Went to town with JRs. Poor Lettie died in the hospital. Road rough and a terrible drive home. Stopped at Miltons and Alberton.
12 All in this morning. Baked and Anna & I went down to Alberts this afternoon. Ordered flowers. Cold to-night but not blowing so hard. Group at Cecils.

13 Fine day, good road. Very large funeral. Mr Aitken spoke. Stayed at Alberts until 9 PM. Very tired. A sad community to-night.
14 Fine day. No preaching anywhere. Went over to Jerry’s to-night. Not feeling well at all.
15 Gray day all day. Keith hauling sea weed & Ernest banking house. Rained a little in evening.
16 Very warm, blowing hard. Liberal Convention in town. Ernest went in with Cyriac. Missionary meeting at Mothers.
17 Lovely warm day. Ironed. Ernest went to Kensington for Marion. Keith ploughing and hauling out manure. Gertrude & Mary down this evening.
18 Lovely fine day. Sewing. Ernest & K putting out manure and ploughing. Anna & I went down to Bob’s & I went to Alberts in evening.
19 Fine in AM. Misty in afternoon. Went to Mrs. A.C McNeills to Missionary meeting. Group here at night. Harold Simpson was down.
20 Lovely day. Marion & Anita went out collecting for Bible Society. Anna over & we went down to Bobs. Ernest ploughing.
21 Fine. Home all day. No church. Kids went to BV.
22 Fine but colder. Killed 3 porkers. Washed. E went up to BV to help Cecil butcher.
23 Fine day. Keith took grist to Roller mill. Ernest banking. Made doughnuts, marmelade, pumpkin
