at night. Everett Laird went to S Side for Lizzie.
21 Raining this AM and quite a thaw. Everett came home without Lizzie. Keith thrashing at Lornes. Play practice at Geo McCoubrey’s. Anita hooking.
22 Fine not very cold. Weather looks like April. Shower at Wyands for Marion Tennis. Marion stayed home but the K. Anita, & PJ went. Jean Clarke here all night.
23 Ham Earl and Lowell here thrashing. Finished up for this winter. Practice at Jerrys. Pouring rain in evening.
24 Fine and not cold. Thawing quite a lot. Ernest & I went to Geo Henry Robertsons in afternoon. YPS at Bob McKenzies.
25 Ernest went to mill in AM and he and Ham went to Egg Circle Meeting which was adjourned as Austin was sick. Play practice at night.
26 S. Lovely early but clouded up and rained in afternoon and froze on in evening. Ernest & Nellie & I went down to Mrs Alberts in afternoon.
27 Miserable day, snowing and misting. Not cold. Anna & Geo McCoubrey here going over play in afternoon.
28 Same as yesterday, grey and east wind, no frost. Thawed in afternoon. Ernest and I went for a drive, called at Clay Stephensons and had tea at Alexs. Play practice.

1 Miserable wet snowy day. Marion not very well. Men in house most of day. No news. Wind east.
2 A little finer to-day. Keith and Margaret went to S Side. Ernest hauling out manure. Marion Anita and Mary. Clarke called on the bride, Mrs Rupert Simpson. Play practice at night.
3 A continuation only more so of the weather all the week. Very rough this morning. YPS at Prestons. Phoned to Lorraine to-night. Joe Eash[?] Gallant died in Hospital. No mail.

4 The worst day this week. Cleared up at night and a little colder. Bobbie came.
5 S. Still storming. Ernest breaking roads this AM. Ellice over for the day. Baptist Church in afternoon. Irene Stirling & Jim here in evening.
6 Same old thing as we have had for a week. Roads bad, snowing and drifting but very little frost. Ernest went to Harolds in forenoon. Ham here in afternoon.
7 Fine. Ernest and Austin went to Town on the noon train to attend the annual meeting of Poultry Ass’n. Boy Chior here at night. Eric Bell down. Marion & I didn’t sleep together. Keith & Margaret got home in night.

8 Lovely morning but pouring rain at night. Went over to Jerrys for the day. New calf 1st.
