13 60. Cold wind (east) all day. Clouded up in afternoon but cleared away very fine in evening. Telephone directors meeting here. Much warmer, a lovely day all day. Doug Smiley & friend arrived and we gave them some dinner. We went to Chelton in evening to ice cream social. Got home around midnight. Took Annie & Lowell.
15 Grand day, warmer. Beth Brinton here most of day. Dr & Mrs Bonnell here in afternoon. Margarets birthday and she had a party. Mr Tillie called this evening.
16 Rained a little most of day. Had quite a number of cars in, among them Miss Killock, secy of Lord Tweedsmuir. Letters from Lorraine and Marion. Dad has bad cold.
17 Lovely day, quite hot. Churned in morning. Went to town, took Duglas Smiley & Bill Huidess with us. Dr & Mrs Swift here in evening. The Carse family came to Lowthers.
18 S. Rained a little and some fog. Rather cool all day. Had Elaine & family and Ruth & John White & Bobbie for dinner. Mr & Mrs Carse and Jimmy in the forenoon and many callers in afternoon. Church at night.
19 Lovely day, wind east and not too hot. Washed. Ruth & John went to shore in afternoon and Pauline, Anita & I went with Mr. Carse, Dr. & Mrs Swift, Bill Huidess and Doug Smiley deep sea fishing. Wrote to Aunt Jennie to-night and Marion and Lorraine.

20 Just a perfect day all day. Temp around 80. Picnic supper at shore with the Carses, Swifts, Doug & Bill, John, Ruth & Bobbie. Bonfire at night. Had a good day.
21 Ironed in morning. PJ & I took the White family to Brackley in afternoon. Institute at Leigh Warrens.
22 Quite warm to-day. Had Miss Moore over for tea. In evening, we took Mr & Mrs Carse to Stanhope and home by way of town. Walter LePage here.

23 86A. Very warm day. Went picking raspberries in morning, on the grass all afternoon and to YPS camp fire at night at shore. Dr. Swift spoke.
24 Another warm day but a breeze going. Mr Paterson here in evening and bought our little Cottage. Anita, PJ & I went to Hunter River and brought Miss Omrod[?] down, also Mrs Harper. Frank Andrews & Mrs Hammond Bertrams funerals this afternoon. Mrs Bertram died of fractured skull from falling from a carriage at Hunter River.
25 S. Just a perfect day. U Church in the morning. Dinner on the lawn. Mr Ross brought a car load here for tea. Made $1.75. About forty registered. Ernest counted 147 cars at Beach at one time. Tired to-night.
26 Very hot day all day. Washed in AM. Pauline went fishing with the Carse party. They got 125 in the boat. Went to shore in evening.
