7 Keith got home at noon, bad road. Poured rain all day. Girls canning meat. Dad & Clarence on telephone line in AM. Wrote to Lottie.
8 Foggy but mild. Gertrude Lamont and her three kiddies were down in afternoon. Snowing at night. Tired.
9 Snowing most of day. Not very cold. Gulf is full of ice. Have had a lot of North wind. No news.
10 Lovely fine day. Roads very heavy. Tennis and wife here in afternoon. Harriet very poorly. Girls washed in AM and Anita ironed at night.
