Evelyn went home & Eva is coming to stay all night.

 

11  Dirty day, snow & rain. Eva & Arthur here all day and night. Practice here to-night. Tired.

 

12  Miserable dirty day, rain & snow. Freezing to-night. Arthur and Eva went home. Mont. here to-night.

 

13  First real fine day for weeks. Washed. Practice here to-night. Ernest paid land tax and went to Creek.

 

14  Fine in AM, rained a little in the evening. Cleared up lovely at night. Ernest churned.

 

15  Lovely day all day. Busy, Ernest & K in woods. Institute here to-night. Letties birthday and Gertrudes.

 

16  Snowing and raining in forenoon. Killed 12 chickens, 29c per lb. Practice here to-night. Got box of books from Maud. Blowing & cold.

 

17  10A. Bitter cold. Cut out dress for Lorraine, Group at JRs to-night. Marion stayed at home.

 

18  Keith and Ray Stevenson went to town. Came up a big snow storm. Guess they will stay in. Mail came this far.

 

19  6A. Blowing hard and drifting all day. Long day, no church.

20  Fine day but cold. Keith & Roy got home. Practice at Lewis Toombs, washed.

 

21  Fine, sawed wood. Ernest & I went to Creek. Practice here. Got several cards. Aunt Sadie better.

 

22  Fairly fine most of day. Snowed for a while this evening quite mild. Finished Lorraines dress. Mont here to-night & Muriel to practice.

 

23  Cold and blustery. Anna Hester & I visited the school. Christmas Concert at night. Marion got $15 from U. Church.

 

24  Pretty busy all day. Keith at rink. Youngsters went over to Jerry’s at night. Santa left a brand new oil cloth for the kitchen at our back door.

25  Mild and fine. Mother & Cecil down. Santa very good to all of us. Leona here for tea & Roy here in the evening.

 

26  Fairly fine. Ernest & I went down to Alberts to tea and to Jerry’s for awhile to-night. Youngsters at Wyands.

 

27  Cold wind and snowing a little all day. Missionary meeting at Jerry’s to-night.
