6 that Oliver LePage had gone to Montreal this morning after an X ray in Ch. Town yesterday. Mr Smith up but not for a meal. The furniture for Club House came yesterday. Looks very nice. Tired at night. Had letter from Marion. Its her birthday.

7 Busy day getting ready for Sunday. Dad cleaning and washing Club House floor. Cloudy and looks like rain. Girls went to Town with Heber.
Mrs BB Graham Funeral
8 Cloudy and cold. Put on fire in room. Had five for lunch. CGIT service at church. Reuels out. Back sore and all in at night.

9 Another cold day. Not many around. The girls didn’t wash. In bed most of day.
10 Poured rain nearly all day, didn’t get up at all. Cold too.
11 40. Rained until noon and blowing a gale. The girls washed and put clothes out before supper. We went down to Keiths took ice for ice cream. A nice drive but cold.
12 Finished ironing and feeling much better.
13 Went to town about our Victory Loan Bond or for the money rather at the Provincial Offices. Had lunch at Victoria Park and PJ got her permanent and Dad went out to Airport. Took May in to see Dr Seaman and Mrs Fred in from Hunter River. Called at Gordons.
14 Tired, went to Hunter River in morning. Doris & PJ
New bus service from Ch town to Cavendish this summer
went to Town with Heber at night and Doris stayed in.
15 S. Showery in morning but a lovely afternoon and we had 40 playing Golf in afternoon. Tired at night.

16 Headache early but got better and kept busy all day. Doris didn’t get back yet. Very heavy rain this morning.
17 A lovely day and PJ & I went to town to the Victory Loan parade. PEI has gone over the top and the program with the presenting the torch was very beautiful. Doris came out with us. Went down to Keiths on the 20th and took them to S. Side. Saw Dr Claude. Stayed until July 1st. Helped Anita all I could. Pauline went to Moncton to meet Ernie Driver and came for me. Mrs Wells is with Keith again. Elaines came on the 30th.
July 2 84. A very warm day and fine at last. Quite a number around. Not feeling very spry.
3 Cooler again to-day and fine. Doris Anita & Ernie in swimming. Went to Rustico afterwards.
4 A lovely day, not too hot. Ernie & PJ had the day off and went to Dalvey. We had 17 for meals of different kinds. The rest of family went to Carleton for ice cream and the evening. Mrs Ben Woolner and Evelyn here for afternoon and until 9 PM. Elaine, Marion, and Beth over in evening.
5 Saturday and a very busy day. Mr Thompson came
