7 Fine in AM. Snow storm after dinner. Keith went to Stanley with cream. Marion went to Wesley’s to practice. Blowing a gale and bitter cold to-night. Keith and Anita up at the Cosy Corner Rink.
8 Zero. Blowing hard but fine. Calmed down and moderated in evening. YPPG here. Not many here.
9 Fine and milder. Marion pretty miserable. Muriel Stewart & Dora here for music lessons.
10 Just a perfect day. Snowed about 10 inches last night and stayed where it fell. Went up to Bay View to hear radio Baptist sermon from Saracuse, NY.
11 Lovely day. Ernest getting ready to saw wood. Big dance at Fenners. Marion over to Jerry’s in afternoon.
12 Snowing a little all day, quite mild. Dirty for sawing but they finished it. Had to saw back in the field. Too much snow in yard. Cecil home and Ham here.
13 Fine. Washed. Calm. A lot of light snow down. Ernest and I went down to Bob McKenzies in the evening. They have been pretty sick with

14 Lovely morning but wind came round, N.E. and its cold to-night. Big skate at rink to-night. P. Practice at Wesley’s. Snowing at bed time.
15 Rather blustery, snowed a lot last night. A lot of snow down and a very heavy road everywhere. Went over to set Mrs. Austin Laird in afternoon. She has eczema.
16 Not very cold, drifting all day. Anna has toothache. Got a magazine from Joyce Herd New Zealand. Practice here at night. Blanche Wyand stayed all night.

17 Mild grey day all day. Mr Aitken preached in afternoon. Keith and Marion went up to Bay View.
18 Fine day in bed til noon. Ernest getting ready for thrashing. Very mild.
19 Pouring rain, rained all night. Has thawed a lot. No thrashing to-day.
20 Washed. Keith at Alberts sawing wood. Ernest & I went to see Darnley Institute to-night at Jerry’s. Scotch night.
