11 Cold. Usual Sat. work. Card from Dad. Listened to hockey game at night.
12 S. Grand day. Lorraine & PJ over to see Mrs Lowther in afternoon. Terrible icy. Baptist Church in evening, Mr Tilley preached.

13 Cloudy. Got washing done, also churning. Rather stormy at night.
14 One of the worst storms of the winter. Charlie took Lorraine to school. Only 7 there. No school or college in Charlottetown.
15 Lovely day. A lot of snow down. Institute at Jerrys at night. Very good crowd there considering the roads. Aunt Sadie had a stroke.
16 Blowing a gale and drifting. Not doing much all day.
17 Grand day rather cold. Cyril brought our pup “Happy”. Mary McN over in PM.
18 Snow flurries all day. Charlie went to Hunter River for Dad. Got home at 12:45 AM.
19 Sunday. Nice day. Church in afternoon & Sing Song at Alfred Moore’s in evening. David Johnston here.
20 Lovely day. Washed in AM. Ham here in afternoon and for supper.
21 Tues. Snowing and raining. Ironed in AM. Dad went to Stanley in afternoon. CGIT
girls here to postponed birthday party in evening. Grand time.

23 Dad in to see Ellice and Amanda. I stayed with Daisy last night and most of to-day. Did a little shopping at O’Leary. Tired at night, Cold.
24 Dad helped Ham remove the [?] and came to Hunter River for me. Pretty glad to be home again. Aunt Sadie pretty weak but better than she was. Cold wind and drifting.
25 8A. Very fine but cold all day. Just 2A to-night. Girls went to Jerrys to practice. No news. Stitched up a quilt.
26 A nice day, not so cold. The girls went up for Mother in the morning and Lorraine took her home at night. Bobbie Toombs here in afternoon. Dad Pauline & I went to Church at night.
27 Not a nice morning so we didn’t wash. Cleared up in afternoon. Letters from Marion and Anita. Nan had a 9B test last week which didn’t turn out so good.
28 Lovely morning, washed churned and baked and went down to Alec’s in evening. CGIT girls here. No news.
29 A lovely day but still quite cold. Fred had Gypsy hauling potatoes to Margate. Charlie down for a while this evening. Dad tramped to Head of Bay.
30 A nice day but chill wind. Thawing a little. Ernest went to Town, took Pauline to Station, she is going
