1 Lovely fine day, wind cold. Everyone very tired after last nights banquet. Becky Simpson very sick, heart trouble. Mr Dunning down to take us for a drive in a new Plymouth car. Cemetery meeting at night. Mrs Lewis Toombs here for evening.
2 S. Just a perfect cloudless day. Mr Wright and Wilbert brought Ina, Louise, Keith, and Margaret up. Mrs Neil Simpson of Vancouver called for a little while, with her sister.
3 Just a perfect day and quite warm. Did a big big washing and out all the afternoon until dark cleaning yard and burning grass. Ellice over in evening and John Fyfe down. Our new boy Edward Doiron arrived. Becky Simpson died in night.

4 Fine day. Anita helping Ellice paper. Mr Williams here with a Chev car and took us for a drive. Trustee meeting at Jerrys.
5 Lovely morning but clouded up and cooler in afternoon. Big day at Webbs, we bought our first car, a Chev. Girls went for Mayflowers. Started harrowing. Very dry weather.
6 Very warm. Dad & I went with Ern & Winnie to the funeral in Clifton, Becky Simpson. Mr Williams brought our car and its in the barn to-night. Play in the Hall for WMS. Stanley Play

7 Cold cold east wind. Sewing all day. No news. YPS at Church.
8 Forty-one years ago Mother and I came to PEI. Just the regular work. Lorraine made a blouse. Cyril Smith got the last of our young cattle. Wesley got one last night.
9 S. Glorious rain to day. Church Baptist in afternoon. Lowell here nearly all day. Stewart Ferguson quite sick, very very sick all night.
